🚀 The Spire Learning Center hosted our final visitor for the 2025-2026 school year
NASA Test Operations Engineer, Bradley Tyree came to spend time sharing with our students and staff.
You may have read about him in the news for his contributions to the Artemis moon mission!
He, with his team, tested the engines on the rocket that sent the astronauts around the moon! 🌙
Bradley was so good to our students today!
NASA’s John C. Stennis Space Center
See some information about him below:
“I’m originally from Picayune, Mississippi, where I developed an early interest in math and engineering.
I pursued that path through Pearl River Central High School, Pearl River Community College, and later Mississippi State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering in 2018.
After graduating, networking and relationship-building led me into hands-on work with mechanical systems at Stennis Space Center. There, I learned the importance of problem-solving under pressure and working as part of a team to complete tasks safely and correctly. Today, I work for NASA as a Test Operations Engineer, supporting the day-to-day activities of rocket engine testing within the Test Complex. I enjoy contributing to work that pushes technology forward and serves a larger mission.”
