Rocky Joe Welch passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 29, 2019, at his residence. He was born on June 29, 1961, to his parents, the late Joe G. Welch and Jewell (Powell) Welch.

Rocky Joe retired from H & P Drilling after working twenty-seven years. He was currently working at Broadhead Building Supplies.

He is survived by his wife, Amanda (Taylor) Welch; daughters, Ashley Jo Welch, Hannah Elizabeth Welch; mother, Jewell (Powell) Welch); sisters, Melinda Thomas (Joel), Wendy Welch; two granddaughters, Kadynce Taylor Welch and Paisley Jo Welch.

Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
