Michael Conway, 43, of Hattiesburg, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022 at his home. A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Moore Petal Chapel with interment to follow in Buck Creek Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at noon.
Mr. Conway was full of life. He was an Insurance Agent for Shelter Insurance. He was a fitness fanatic and could often be found in Anatomies Gym. Being an avid outdoorsman, he loved golfing, hunting, and going on deep sea fishing trips with his friends. Above all things, he loved spending time with his family, especially watching his children play sports.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Addie Mae Conway and his aunt, Terry Carpenter.
He is survived by his wife, Kimber Conway of Hattiesburg; his son, Carver Michael Conway; his step-children, Aubrey Lynn Johnson and Jonah Christopher Johnson; his father, Kenneth Marvin Conway (Debbie) of Petal; his mother, Patricia Ann Jones of Hattiesburg; his sisters, Kelly Wright (Justin) of Hattiesburg and Laura Patterson (Joseph) of Hattiesburg; his grandfather, J.M. Conway of Richton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
