Kayli Smith of Mendenhall and Kaylyn Durr of Magee High School have been selected to serve on the 2026–27 State Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council.
The council gives Mississippi students an opportunity to share their ideas and concerns about public education directly with State Superintendent Dr. Lance Evans.
The Mississippi Department of Education selected 144 students from across the state for this year’s council. Congratulations to Kayli and Kaylyn on this outstanding achievement!
