KIMBERLY MCGOVERN, PINOLA, MS

Kim McGovern passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020, at Wesley Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. She was born on June 4, 1969, to her parents, the late Harvey Munn and Sadie Mae (Strickland) Munn in Jackson, MS.

Kim was the coordinator for the Center for Pregnancy Choices, volunteered for many programs at the church she attended and loved, Overflow. She loved her family with all her heart. She has left a huge void in their lives and in the lives of all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Randy McGovern; sons, Christopher McGovern, Austin McGovern; daughters, Ashley McGovern Jones (Bud), Hollie McGovern Hoffman; sister, Cynthia Banks (Bill) and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Chris Munn.

Visitation for Kim will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at Overflow Church in Magee, MS from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The service will be on Thursday, July 30, at Overflow Church at 11:00 am with visitation from 9:30 am until beginning of service. Interment will follow in Munn Cemetery, 106 Munn Drive, Shivers, MS.

Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
