The smiles on these little faces say it all. The Magee 6U All-Stars were recognized during the City of Magee Board of Aldermen meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, for their outstanding accomplishment of bringing home third place in the World Series.
What an incredible season these young ballplayers had! They represented Magee and the state of Mississippi with determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship every step of the way. Their exciting World Series run gave our community something to cheer about, and they certainly made us proud.
Leading the team were Head Coach Hayden Holbrook and assistant coaches Matt Lee, Jasper Adcock, and Megan Herrington. Their leadership, along with the dedication of the players and support from parents and families, helped make this season one to remember.

A Letter of Appreciation and Recognition from the City of Magee honoring the team’s outstanding achievement and the pride they brought to our community was read.
