Friday night into early Saturday morning brought a heartbreaking tragedy to our community. As a former coach to most of the victims and a classmate to a mother facing the loss of two sons in nine months, the pain runs deep. Our locker room represents families on all sides of this tragedy- one where everyone loses. We look to Romans 12:17-19 to guide us: let us refrain from repaying evil with evil, choose to live at peace with everyone as far as it depends on us, and leave justice to God.
