The Scriptural passage for today is found in Ephesians 2:13: “Now, in Christ Jesus, you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ.” The apostle tells the early church that through the shedding of Jesus’ blood on the cross, salvation is now freely offered to all the world. He died for the sins of all mankind and not just for a segment of the population, and this free gift holds true forevermore. Let us never take that gift for granted. Jesus was without sin; yet, He laid down His life so that we might experience life everlasting with Him in Heaven. Thank you, Jesus!
Be sure to share the love, joy, and kindness today as you go about intermingling with others. Smile and let people know the way Christians are supposed to conduct themselves. In other words, let others see Jesus in us. Amen!
Happy Saturday!
