Sunday, July 17th, at approximately 6pm a very serious wreck occurred on Hwy 28 East near Simpson/Smith county line. Reports are that helicopters landed on the scene. Traffic was being detoured down Pine Grove Road. Prayers for all involved. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
UPDATE…7:30pm Hwy 28 East is now open.
9:00pm According to Facebook, Jason Dennis and Chance Tullos were the occupants of the vehicle involved in the accident.
