A 2 vehicle accident occured early in the morning on July 9 on Highway 28. One vehicle was left on its side with the driver’s door pinned against the ground. Magee firemen were unable to lift the occupant through the passenger’s side door. The firemen removed the vehicle’s windshield and pulled out the driver. The occupant was trapped in the car for less than 10 minutes.

No word yet on the extent of the injuries or the names of the drivers.
