On Monday, December 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., Mayor Mark Grubbs will host a wreath-laying ceremony at Magee Cemetery in honor of veterans buried there. Members of veterans’ families and of the community are invited to participate in this meaningful holiday commemoration. Wreaths have been provided by the City of Magee and decorated by Lyndel Cockrell, a member of the City of Magee Cemetery Committee. Other members of the
Cemetery Committee have been instrumental in this project, with a special thanks to Ricky Anderson for wreath pick-up and unloading.
