10 below zero tonight into Friday morning and as low as 0 to 10
above zero Friday night into Saturday morning.
* WHERE…Much of central and south Mississippi and portions of
northeast Louisiana and southeast Arkansas.
* WHEN…From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS…Dangerous low wind chills are likely to result in
frostbite or hypothermia with prolonged exposure if precautions
are not taken.
