William T. Grayson, 69, of Mize, Mississippi, passed away Friday, September 18, 2020 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was born Wednesday, April 11, 1951.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. The Burial will follow in Polk Cemetery. Bro. Charles Savell will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031.
Tommy Grayson was always happy and peaceful. He strived to be a good father and grandfather; always trying to provide a life for his family that was better than he had. He was a talented carpenter for over 30 years, always tinkering and building many things. If he wasn’t woodworking, he was fishing or gardening.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Virgie Grayson; brother, Alan Grayson; sister, Joy Blackwell; nephew, Scott Lee.
Survivors include his daughter, Keri McRaney (Shannon); son, Ben O’Neal (Robyn); grandchildren, Lauryn McRaney, Dagan Owens, and Ivy O’Neal; brother, Danny Grayson (Debbie); sister, Judy Gaudin (Jimmy); and host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Randy Grayson, Jordan Grayson, Mike Griffith II, Jeremy Bankston, Cliff Grafton, and Billy Savell.
