But when I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. I praise God for what he has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid?
– Psalm 56:3-4
Feeling overwhelmed, alone and scared can happen to each of us.  Whether it is work, issues with family or friends or with a relationship, we can feel alone and helpless.
These are the times we need to stop….breathe….and turn it all over to God.  He is here for each of us…every second of every day!  There is no need to feel overwhelmed, alone or afraid…Trust in Him!  He’s got this!
