This morning, Whit announced his plan to visit all 24 counties in the Third Congressional District in the “Ask Whit Anything” Town Hall Tour. Whit will begin this tour Monday, June 11th in Liberty, Mississippi. During this series, Whit will talk directly with individuals across the district.

For months, people have assumed this race would go to a runoff and there would be debates in the runoff. Now,
my opponent, Michael Guest, has refused to debate me. There are tens of thousands of voters that either did not vote or voted for
another candidate and they deserve to see a one-on-one debate on the issues that matter to them. I am going to invite Michael to my town halls and I would welcome
his participation. I respect Michael, but I also respect the voters and their desire to hear from a us in a debate setting.”
