WHERE WILL YOU SPEND ETERNITY

Our devotion today comes from Luke 23:43.  And Jesus said unto him verily I say unto thee today shalt thou be with me in paradise.  In this chapter we read of three men being led to Calvary.  Two of these men were thieves.  As they were being nailed to the cross one was mocking Jesus but the other one asked forgiveness for what he had done and Jesus pardon him.

Jesus wants you just the way you are no matter what you have done.  Jesus is ready to forgive you.  Jesus can give you new life just as he gave the thief on the cross.  Was the new life deserved, no it was not.  Was new life given, yes it was.

Role models can be positive or negative.

Don’t put a lot of concern into what others think of you.

Are you ready to face eternity?  The cross of Calvary is our bridge to eternal life.  There truly is power in the blood of Jesus.
