Good Overcast Breezy Morning Magee,

Sue, the Prez, is away from her computer today.  So that leaves Patrice and I in charge.  Don’t tell Sue!!

I wanted to remind everyone of a few things happening in and around town this weekend.

****”Once Upon A Crime” children’s play has one more performance at 1pm today.  The Children have worked very hard on this production so get out and take a break from shopping and support our children. See the calendar on Mageenews.com for more details.

****Journey Through Bethlehem and Beyond will be held at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Pelahatchie Dec. 12-13 beginning at 5:30pm

****Braxton Christmas Parade today at 2pm  (line up at 1pm)

****The Prentiss Institute Alumni are sponsoring a Holiday Gala Fundraiser today tickets are $25.00.  You can contact Janice Armstrong 601.847.1984, Christine Norvell 601.886.7930 or James Jenkins 601.249.5643 for more details.

 

****Sunday is  the day for Christmas Programs:

*Magee FUMC Adult Choir will hold there Christmas Program at 11am “Hope Has Hands”

*Live Nativity at Goodwater Baptist Church  from 4:30p-5:30p with the Christmas program beginning at 6pm

*First Baptist Church will present the Adult Choir Cantata entitled “Three Gifts” beginning at 5pm

*”Worship the King” will  begin at 6pm at First Baptist Church Mendenhall

 

Remember we love to see your Photo Christmas Cards of you children and families and even pets!!  We also like to see your work Christmas photos. Do you know someone around the area with beautiful outside Christmas decorations? If so, share with everyone so we can enjoy them as well.    Let us just say, we love pictures!!   You can always email to Sue@mageenews.com
