WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

Sometime when a person contacts us the first thing they ask is what are you doing.  Our reading today comes from Matthew 27:22.  Pilate saith unto them what shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ?  They all say unto Him let Him be crucified.

Today picture yourself at the trial of Jesus.  You are on the jury.  Christ is brought out on a balcony with His hands put behind His back.  Jesus was on trial for doing nothing but good.  The judge who is Pilate says to the crowd I don’t  no what to do with this man call Jesus.  He asked the crowd and they said crucify Him.

Role models can be positive or negative.

Don’t put a lot of concern into what others think of you.

March 31, 2026

The jury finds Jesus guilty of love in the first degree.  A few hours later Jesus was lead to a place called Calvary.  Even when Jesus was lead to Calvary we were still on His mind.  At Calvary Jesus was put on a wooden cross.

The arms of Jesus were spread wide open.  Spikes were driven into the hands and feet of Jesus.  A Roman Soldier rammed a spear into the side of Jesus.  A crown of thorns were driven into the head and forehead of Jesus.

Christ was taken from the cross and put into a borrowed tomb.  A stone was rolled in front of the tomb.  Three days later Jesus was risen from the grave.  Eternal life is ours from that day on.  All we have to do is ask for it and we shall receive eternal life.  No other person or God can do what Jesus can do.  My question to you is what will you do with this man called Jesus.  Will you accept or reject Him?  The choice is yours.  Have a blessed, wonderful, and victorious week.
