The Scriptural passage chosen for today is found in Nehemiah 9:6: “You alone are the Lord. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth, and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of Heaven worship you.” The Word of God for the people of God; thanks be to God! Yes, the prophet of old here proudly extols the expanse of God’s magnificence. The height, depth, length, and width of all one can see and imagine bear testament to His handiwork. We do serve an awesome God. How can we not bow down and worship the Creator of all? Let us give humble thanks and never with stammering tongues. Amen!
