The City is asking for volunteers
The MAIS State Softball Tournament will be held on September 28 and October 1 at the Jimmy Clyde Sportsplex in Magee. Simpson Academy will be playing for this title. The City Rec Department is looking for volunteer announcers, scorekeepers and food donations for the hospitality suite (for officials and umpires). If you would like to volunteer or donate food items, please contact City Hall at 601-849-3344 or David Dunn at 601-382-2131. Food items may be brought to the complex or Zip’s.
Thirty-two teams are participating in the tournament.
