Vicki Faye Hays, 68 of Magee, MS went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at the Magee General Hospital in Magee, MS. She was born Monday, June 18, 1956 in Magee, MS.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee, 302 Eighth Ave SW, Magee, MS. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 11:00 am at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Burial will follow in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee, MS. Bro. Jay Hays and Bro. David Hays will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

            Vicki was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother; most of all she loved the Lord! When you saw her, you saw her husband John. They were inseparable in life and now they are rejoined in Heaven.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, John Earl Hays Sr.; daughter, Donna Hays Brown; father, Howard McWilliams; mother, Virginia Dickerson McWilliams; grandson, Hunter Degueyter.

She is survived by her sons, Jay Hays (Amanda) and David Hays (Marsha); daughters, Tammy Hays Degueyter (Brian), Cindy Hays Peter (Steven) and Amanda Hays Lott (Andy); 26 Grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family.

Pallbearers will be AJ Alwosaibi, Zachary Carr, Eric Cooley, Brandon Hays, Jasper Hays, and Jayden Hays.

Honorary pallbearers will be Blake Cooley, Sawyer Hays, Levi Hays, and Jackson Carr.
