The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) will conduct its fall 2024 commencement exercises on Thursday, Dec. 12 and Friday, Dec. 13, at Bernard Reed Green Coliseum on the Hattiesburg campus. More than 1,250 students are candidates for degrees this semester.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Thursday, Dec. 12 | 5 p.m. | Graduate Students
    All doctoral, specialist and master’s degree candidates
  • Friday, Dec. 13 | 9 a.m. | Undergraduate Students
    All candidates from the College of Business and Economic Development and the College of Education and Human Sciences
  • Friday, Dec. 13 | 2 p.m. | Undergraduate Students
    All candidates from the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Nursing and Health Professions
