Wonderful news…no robbers!!! just great cops…but I did want to tell ya’ll that the issue seems to have been with the alarm system! After spending “a great deal of time” on the phone with ADT (about as bad as AT&T)…my system was never properly installed! Now, convincing the company they need to “make it right” is going to be quite the challenge.
Sometimes, I think it is all about customer service. A company wants me to pay for something they did not do correctly the first time??? Get real, all you will do is lose me as a customer. There are plenty of places to shop…plenty of folks to choose from…I believe people should keep their customers happy!!! Just saying…
Speaking of keeping customers happy…I am always open for suggestions! I am really pleased when I get good and “bad” feed back…because I can’t fix something if you don’t tell me. (I really don’t think of any feedback as bad!)
When we began live streaming, I didn’t think about the fact that people in the “country” or “dial up folks” could not see the videos (I am a city girl! ha)…one day, a friend asked if I would please continue to write recaps on the meetings…they missed the “old” stories…so again, we are recapping when we can! As long as my brain will keep on pushing…I’ll keep on writing!
