A special called Simpson County School Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday night, May 26th, at 6:00 PM at the County Office building in Mendenhall.
The ruling on the Coach Jim Nowell hearing is to be presented at this time. Now, I’m just saying…I thought we were going to know “last” board meeting…but we didn’t…I was told the decision would be announced at the May 26, 2015 meeting….we’ll see!
Additional personal changes should be presented at this meeting. MageeNews.com will “attempt” to live stream the meeting beginning a few minutes before 6. Elton Travis, the IT guy for the Simpson County schools, has worked with us to “get out the kinks” for this meeting. Elton has done his part…now, let’s see if “we” can do ours! Live streaming is wild…if everything doesn’t “fit” just right…a no go…but I’m telling ya’ll…we are not giving up!
