I was privileged Saturday afternoon to visit with Woodrow Hamilton and his family.  Now his family consists of a lot of folks!…   so many people came into Woody’s life during different seasons and made a lasting impression on a young man.

I have wanted to interview Woody for several years…..I knew his story was unique…but he was never quite ready to share.

Do you need a job? Check out these listenings!

As Woody faces another chapter in his life, he can finally open up to others about the road he has traveled.

You know, you see this big strapping guy with muscles bulging and all I can think is wow…God blessed you!  And yes, God surely blessed Woody…but the main way I feel God blessed Woody was through the people he met on his life journey.

Woody believes in making every day count…” I don’t worry or look toward next week …I just work on today.”  As I listened to Woody speak, I thought about how so many of us are constantly worrying about tomorrow and missing today.  Oh, I’m sure there is worry…but Woody has learned that by giving your best…keeping God first…and your family and friends near….life can present opportunities that must not be missed.

Here is a young man who loved his grandmother so much that he moved to be near her in her last stages of cancer.  “I wanted to be with her when she took her last breath,” stated Woody.  He cares…he loves…and he sets high goals and expectations for himself.

I hope you will take time to listen to the Woodrow Hamilton interviews on MageeNews.com

Just talking to Woody made a difference in my life…listening to someone talk openly about love and family made me realize maybe I don’t let my family know how much I love them….maybe I put other activities ahead of being with my family…we can always learn by listening to others.

Have a great week.
