A beautiful sunset evening was the beginning for a night of royalty.

Magee began the evening with Homecoming festivities and crowing of Amber Sanders as Homecoming Queen.

The ladies were beautiful, with all of them in school colors of red or white.

The Trojans improve on the season with a victory over St. Andrews.

In the first quarter Magee  intercepted the ball but the play resulted in no points. #48 for St. Andrews scored first with 5:06 left in first quarter, point after good St. Andrew led 7-0. Jadarius Payne for Magee scored on a 47 yard touchdown with 3:30 left in 2nd quarter, point after good score tied 7-7. Jamal Keyes for Magee scored a 15 yard touchdown with 30 seconds remaining in the half, point after good Magee led going into half time 14-7.

Second half belonged to the Trojans. 3rd quarter Magee’s Jadarius Payne scored on a 28 yard touchdown with 2:38 left in 3rd quarter, point after good Magee led 21-7. Tyree McAfee  for Magee threw s spiral to R. J. Hopkins for a 53 yard touchdown with 3 seconds left in the third quarter, point after good Magee up 28-7. In the fourth quarter Magee’s McAfee again passed connecting with Hopkins for a 27 yard touchdown with 7:46 left in regulation to seal the win for the Trojans 35-7.

Magee will travel to Crystal Springs Friday night game time 7:00.

Come  and support the Trojans as they travel to Copiah County.
