Mayor Dale Berry, in his Mayor’s Report at the December 7, 2021 meeting, discussed the problem with companies that are bonded by the City for tree debris not picking up cut limbs. One contractor continuously leaves cut limbs by the road for the City to pick up and dispose.
According to City Attorney Bruce Smith, a bond can be canceled if all areas of the agreement are not adhered.
