Travis Lee Puckett, 76, of Mount Olive, Mississippi, passed away Thursday at Asbury Hospice in Hattiesburg. He was born Thursday, January 1, 1942.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 17, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee. The Burial will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Kevin Walker will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

He was preceded in death by parents, Robert and Charlene Puckett.

Survivors include his wife, Maxine Puckett; son, Bo Puckett (Carrie); daughter, Fran Barnes; grandchildren, Frankie Barnes (Sky), Alison Troney (Rusty), Sarah Puckett, Aaron Puckett (Allyson) Maggie Lambert (Shane); brothers, Dwayne Puckett,  Randy Puckett, Charlie Puckett ; sisters, Jo Ann Wiggett, Yvonne Layton, Cyndi Myers, and Anita Harkey; 12 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tony Puckett, Bryan Layton, Chris Tuggle, Jeremy Myers, Rusty Troney, and Shane Lambert.

Honorary pallbearers will be David Layton, Charles Harkey, and Curtis Harkey.
