Sheriff Donald O’Cain reports that on April 16, 2016 Deputy Josh Bryant initiated a traffic stop at Hwy 49 and Saratoga Road, Rheba Stuckey and Jackie Kennedy were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia, oxycodone, marijuana and clonazepam.
