Attorney Tracey Seghini was officially sworn in as the City of Magee Municipal Court Judge on Friday morning, August 1, 2025, at 8:00 AM. Mayor Mark Grubbs conducted the ceremony, with Seghini’s husband, Billy, holding the Bible during the oath.
Judge Seghini will assume her duties on the bench beginning Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
All members of the Board of Aldermen were present for the swearing-in, along with several officers from the Magee Police Department, showing their support for the new judge.
