Trace Brannan of Magee will be Batson’s Kid Captain of the Mississippi State vs The University of Kentucky Game! Trace is a 4th grade at Simpson Academy and is the son of Bubba and Adriane Brannan. Tune in for kick off at 3 pm…you may see him!!
When he was four years old, Trace was diagnosed with a rare disorder affecting his brain and spinal cord. At Children’s of Mississippi, he got the treatment he needed: brain surgery to relieve pressure inside his head.
Now Trace is an active nine-year old, and his parents, Terry and Adriane, say he is doing great! He enjoys doing anything outside, especially fishing and hunting!
Have fun at Saturday’s game, Trace! Your friends at Children’s of Mississippi are cheering for you!
