Brad White has been a staple of the Mississippi Republican Party and public service for two decades. Beginning as Simpson County Republican Chairman at age 19, Brad went on to serve as the Mississippi Republican Party State Chairman and in senior staff positions for multiple statewide officials. He currently serves as Chief of Staff to U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith.

Brad is one of the key movers of policy and politics in Mississippi, and received high recognition for managing the offices of former U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Thad Cochran while shepherding Senator Cochran’s early retirement to a successful completion.
Prior to becoming Chief of Staff to Cochran and Hyde-Smith respectively, White was chief of staff at the Mississippi Department of Audit. Between 1999 and 2008, he held various positions within the Mississippi Transportation Commission, the Mississippi Public Service Commission and the Simpson County Economic Development Foundation.

In addition to serving as a member of the Republican National Committee, White was chairman of the Mississippi Republican Party from 2008 to 2011. Recognized as a local expert in convention procedure, White has chaired standing committees of the Mississippi Republican Party’s State Conventions since 2004. He has been a trusted advisor to statewide, congressional, legislative and local campaigns for nearly thirty years.

A native of Simpson County, Brad has a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Belhaven University. He resides in Madison, Mississippi.
