The Scripture chosen for today is found in Colossians 2:13-14: “When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; He took it away, nailing it to the cross.” Amen! Jesus paid it all! With His death on the cross came total forgiveness for our sins through repentance and belief in Him. The many restrictions imposed on those in the past were no longer binding. A new Covenant was made with mankind. A circumcision of the heart took place instead of the required circumcision of the flesh. Jesus’ shedding of His blood atoned for our sins and provided our escape from eternal damnation, Let us take into account the full scope of God’s intent for our lives. We have only to believe and repent and accept His gift of salvation to spend eternity with Christ Jesus. Don’t put off salvation too long. Today is the accepted time.
