If you are like me…I’ll believe it when I feel it!  The summer has been so dry and so hot….I am just about to give up on keeping my plants watered! I do adore

plants but really, constant watering is driving me and everyone around nuts!  Maybe these cooler days will help the gardens to “make it” a few more weeks! And the

predicated rain will cool everything!

Memorial Day – A Time of Remembrance and Reflection

Memorial Day – A Time of Remembrance and Reflection

May 25, 2026

Special prayer for Kay Arnold who has a PET scan today.  Love sweet precious Kay…and she needs our prayers.  Donald Fortenberry is to have reconstruction surgery on his ear Tuesday at MD Anderson hospital.

Classes began at Co-Lin today.  Most college students loaded up this weekend and headed to their school with classes to begin Monday and Tuesday…in other words, we are all in the “back to school” mode!

Sale at Boswell today (Monday)…check out details on the home page of MageeNews.  Ya’ll those Boswell sales are great for gifts as well as personal items and fantastic prices…and the money goes to Friends and Family of Boswell which in turn applies the money to items needed for recognition of the staff and clients.

Sue Stuff:  Be sure you are signed up for email alerts….go to the bottom of the home page…complete the email form and submit.  Two emails a day are sent with the latest news…you can just read the “short” story or click for the entire story.  These emails are a great way for an over view of the news.

The calendar located at the bottom of the home page gives a quick overview of the month.  (Please contact Sue@mageenews.com if you need anything listed on the calendar)

Hope everyone has a great day…Monday madness here we go!
