2019 has arrived, Christmas is over, and back to school is among us! Below is a list of dates when each school starts.
Smith County Schools return to school Thursday, January 3, 2019.
Jones County Junior College – Friday, January 4, 2019.
Simpson County Schools – Monday, January 7, 2019 teachers and students Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
Colin Community College – Monday, January 7, 2019.
Mississippi State University – Monday, January 7, 2019. MSU starts back early due to the fact Graduation is May 2, 2019. MSU holds May mesters and classes must be finished by May 1st, 2019 resulting in early start date for Spring Semester.
Simpson County Academy – Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
Mississippi College – Monday, January 14, 2019.
University of Mississippi – Tuesday, January 22, 2019.
University of Southern Mississippi – Thursday, January 24, 2019.
