Thomas A. Smith, 78, of D Lo, MS passed away Monday, November 27, 2017 at Simpson General Hospital in Mendenhall, MS. He was born Monday, February 13, 1939 in Farmingdale, IL.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Mendenhall. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Mendenhall, MS. Burial will follow in D’lo City Cemetery in D’lo. Bro. Earl Clark, Dr. Frank Harmon and Bro. Marcus Burnham will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. (601)847-4401.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, Loren Kenneth Smith and Mary Ida Smith; a beloved daughter; six brothers.

Smith , Columbia, MS, Jeffery Allen Smith (Belinda), Mount Olive, MS; Daughter, Patricia Lynn Neal, D Lo, MS; Sister, Suzijo Brackeen, Rose Hill , MS; Brother, Lee Miner, Clinton, MS; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
