This is a day of exciting news for NASA and Stennis Space Center!
New NASA Administrator Sen. Bill Nelson just completed his first live broadcast to the NASA workforce, highlighting the agency’s plans for future climate science missions, a robotic and human return to the Moon through the Artemis program, and much more. The administrator’s State of NASA report clearly shows the agency is strong and focused as it moves ahead with cutting-edge and life-changing work.
As you know, Stennis is playing a particularly prominent role in the Artemis program efforts, testing the Space Launch System rocket engines and stages that will help power the deep space missions, including those that land the first woman and first person of color on the lunar surface.
