September 6, 2024 meeting between the Magee Trojans and Mendenhall Tigers marks 100 years of football history.  Isn’t that awesome!  Schools that met on a football field for 100 years.

I enjoy hearing the “old” stories.  Even I can remember when every business in Magee decorated their windows and doors for the big game.  (We had a lot of “hanging” tigers).  Thursday night was the bon fire.  We would burn that Tiger!  If the game was in Mendenhall, one of our track guys would run the game football to Mendenhall arriving just before kick off.

Share your memories and pictures with me!  If anyone would agree to an interview, let’s get together!
