The Magee Police Department reports the following arrests and charges:

The Magee Police Department reports the following arrests and charges:
Luciousano Traxler- was arrested in connection with an incident that occurred on October 31, 2025 at Park Place Apartments. Mr. Traxler was charged with shooting into a dwelling, shooting into a motor vehicle, and aggravated assault.
Brett Daylon Fiscus- was arrested and charged with three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana.
George Crosby- was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, and is being held on a detainer for the Central Arkansas Community Corrections Center.
Jason Edward Sullivan- was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, and a seatbelt violation.
The Magee Police Department thanks its officers for their continued efforts, and the United States (U.S) Marshals Service for their assistance in locating and taking Mr. Traxler into custody.
Public safety remains the department’s top priority.
All individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
