The Scriptural passage for today is found in Psalm 27: 1: “The Lord is my light and my salvation–whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life–of whom shall I be afraid?” The psalmist gave total praise and honor to God for his own deliverance and protection. He knew what having God’s guiding Hand meant to him and was unafraid to express his undying gratitude and appreciation. We should do no less. One of my favorite bluegrass gospel songs is “There’s a Hand Guiding Me.”
