image1-1The Great Central U.S. ShakeOut is a day of special events featuring the largest earthquake preparedness event in history, and is organized to inspire communities to get ready for earthquakes, and to prevent disasters from becoming catastrophes.

What we do now, before a big earthquake, will determine what our lives will be like afterwards.

Mendenhall High School staff, students, and guests participated in an earthquake drill at 10:20 AM on October 20, 2016.
