The Carnival has arrived in Magee, MS for Crazy Day! Now, whether we can enjoy the carnival or not remains to be seen!
The carnival trucks rolled into Magee Thursday night. I was out and about and could not figure out what was going on! Barriers were everywhere around First Baptist Church! The carnival was arriving!
The carnival will be set up on the street between the Community House and First Baptist Church…extending into the next block. The street in front of FBC will close after lunch Friday. People will need to use an alternate route around the church this weekend.
The Magee Chamber of Commerce says Crazy Day is going forward rain or shine. I’m just afraid we’ve only got rain! Personally, I don’t see how we can manage …but we’ll do what the people in charge say!
Plan to visit the carnival which will be here through the weekend. The food vendors are setting up near the carnival!
Just saying…wear your rain coat and boots…gonna be a wet one!
