Happy Thanksgiving!  I hope everyone has a wonderful day…gets plenty to eat…and the arguments are kept to a minimum!

I have so much to be thankful for…my family…my friends…my city…and of course, MageeNews.com and each of you who are such faithful readers and such encouragers.  I wonder sometimes if we underestimate the power of a “you are doing good….thank you for what you do.”

Like most people, I have days when I think “I cannot do this anymore!”  Trying to meet expenses…trying to report accurate information. The list goes on and on.

Billy Judene Purser and the Untold Story of the American Veteran

November 18, 2025

We have so much to be thankful in our city.  We have good leadership.  We have people who care.

We have wonderful God fearing churches that strive to help others.

We have schools and school officials who constantly strive to make their school better for their students as well as the community.

We have small businesses living their dreams and working hard everyday to be successful.

What I say is tell someone thank you!  Thank you for all they do.  Thank you for the love they show for our community.

I hope your day is wonderful.  I am headed to my sister’s deer camp in Madison county.  We always have fun.

Love to each of you
