Day 12
As I look back at the past 10 years, I think of people who were “always” in my life but are now gone…one of those people is David Windham.
David was such a special person. Like I said, I knew him forever. I watched as his life progressed…the marrying of his wonderful wife Teresa…the birth of his children…his love for his family…his faithfulness to his family …and the managing of Zips. David always had a smile…a flip of a coin…encouragement to younger people…and respect to older folks. He loved everyone…and I think everyone loved him. When cancer robbed our community of David, we all grieved…and still do.
Thank you, David, for giving us great memories and times! You will always be remembered.
