Park Director Jimmy Zila advised the board screens are being purchased for the fence at the tennis courts at a cost of $4,700.00. Prices are being obtained for  sinks at the tennis courts. (At this time, there are no sinks at City Park) The sinks have to be ADA compliant, and he is presently seeking plumbers to meet these specks. A total of 41 teams have been composed. There will be 4 teams in each age division with the exception of the 5 and 6 year old boys and girls having 6 teams. Coaches are still a need in the 9 and 10 year old boys and girls divisions. Sponsors are needed. Anyone that would like to sponsor a team, please contact City Hall.

Damage to a support beam in the Library will require a commercial contractor and bidding process. The board will approve an advertisement publication as soon as it is developed.

Jet A fuel would be available hopefully next week. 2 relays had to be replaced and are scheduled to arrive next week.
