MAGEE – Dennis Ammann, President and Chief Executive Officer at Peoples Bank, today announced that Noel Temple and Allison Winstead have been promoted. Temple has been named Loan Operations Officer and Winstead has been promoted to Collections Officer.

Ms. Temple has been in banking for 28 years, the last 14 with Peoples Bank. She is a graduate of Raleigh High School and studied Data Processing at East Central Community College. She moves into her new position after serving as a Lending Assistant and Customer Care Associate.

She has two children: Sara Parker, currently a student studying Respiratory Therapy at MCC in Meridian; and a son, Ayden Temple, a student at Mendenhall Elementary School.

Ms. Winstead has been working in the bank’s Collection Department after working in the Operations area of the bank. She will be responsible for Bankruptcy processing and continue to manage the bank’s foreclosed real estate and repossessed assets.

She is a 2013 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Belhaven University, where she was selected for the Honors in Psychology Undergraduate Research Class. Prior to joining Peoples Bank following graduation, she worked as Assistant Director for the Simpson County Development Foundation and, prior to that time, worked as a Teller and Bookkeeper at Peoples Bank.

Ms. Winstead is also the owner of Blue Inkwell, LLC, a freelance writing business and has served as a Grant Writer for Keep Simpson County Beautiful. She is a Senior Warden for the Mission Committee at Saint Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church in Collins, where she also serves as a licensed Worship Leader and an active member. She and her husband, Shey, reside in Mendenhall and have a daughter, Reagan Ishee, a seventh grade student at Simpson Academy.
