Simpson County Technical Center is featuring its Agriculture and Natural Resources Program.  Pictured is the instructor (center), Mr. Dustin Inman, with second year students during a campus beautification project.
Agriculture and Natural Resources is designed for students who are interested in agricultural careers.  It introduces students to fundamental concepts and principles of the modern agriculture and the natural resources industry.  Students in this program have the option of joining the Future Farmers of America (FFA), the student organization for career and technical students in this program.  Through FFA, leadership skills are promoted and students demonstrate skills learned in the classroom while participating in various FFA competitions.  Mr. Inman is the FFA sponsor for the Simpson County Technical Center.
