Thursday, June 29th, was Free Tea Day at McAlister’s in Magee. Tea lovers don’t let a little rain keep them from coming to get free tea!
Brock Jordan, manager, and his staff set a goal of giving away as much tea as possible, and of course selling some sandwiches! The day was quite successful as people kept the lines moving.
A drive up “tea stop” was available in the patio area or food and free tea was ready in the dinning room.
Team McAlister worked hard. Brock’s mother and sister Brooke were on hand to assist!
The tea may not be free…but everyday, one can get good ole sweet tea at McAlister’s in Magee.
