Taylor Gates is the daughter of Felicia and Waylon Kennedy, and William Gates. She is 17 Years Old and a Senior at Magee High School.
Taylor is a member of All Superior Magee High School Marching Band. She is a part of the Color Guard and plays the clarinet.In the past four years Taylor was chosen to participate in several honor bands which includes 2 marching and 1 concert band at Mississippi State University, 3 concert bands at William Carey College, and the All-South Honor Band at University of Southern Mississippi. She also was chosen to play in band clinics at Jones Junior College and Co-Lin Junior College.
She is currently involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes club.
Taylor future plans are to attend Jones County Junior College and be in the Band after graduation this fall. Then she will transfer to Mississippi State University.
