Peggy Prestwood Bryan, 90 of Mendenhall, MS passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025 at her residence in Mendenhall, MS. She was born Tuesday, June 18, 1935 in Mendenhall, Mississippi.

 Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall. Burial will follow in Rials Creek Cemetery in Mendenhall, MS. Bro. Charlie Meadows will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. 601-847-4401

 Mrs. Peggy loved her grandkids, enjoyed working in the yard, and took great pleasure in fixing up before going out. She also cherished her church, Rials Creek Church, very much. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Bryan;  father, Dovie Doston Prestwood;  mother, Audrey  Prestwood  Saulters;  brother, Billy Prestwood;  sister, Janie Prestwood Delk.

 Survivors include her children, De Lewis , Barry Lewis, Hugh Bryan and Mauri Bryan Sims;  grandchildren, Kim Lewis, Nikki Lewis, Lexie Lewis, Megan Lewis McKay (Jon) and Cheyanne  Lewis  Wilson (Preston ); several  great-grandchildren;  brother-in-law, Garner  Delk; and host of nieces and nephews.

 Pallbearers will be Jeff Winstead, Willie Jones, Todd Delk, Steve Prestwood, Gabe Crain, and Steve Windham.

 Honorary pallbearers will be Cabe Prestwood, Dalton Delk, and Craig Prestwood.
